Resolution Method

Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not feasible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes are not permitted.
