Return and Refund Policy

At iTrendyCo, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected

  • Dissatisfaction with appearance, material, or fit

  • Delivery delays

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

A replacement or refund will be considered only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide your order number

  • You must submit clear photo and/or video evidence showing the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Resolution Method

If your claim is approved, iTrendyCo reserves the right to choose one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not feasible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. iTrendyCo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no cancellations or changes are permitted.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order with iTrendyCo, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Failure to do so may result in the dispute being contested using this policy and supporting order documentation.
